I have graduated from university. Can I still use the App?
Sure. Know school makes alumni connected wherever they are. Find old friends and get to know those fresh faces!
Do I need to register a new account for the App?
No. Just log in with your school account, there is no need spending time for registering a new account.
Do I have to manually add my course to schedule?
No. Know School automatically load your course schedule directly after you log in to the App.
Account and Log In
Do I need to re-enter my password while using school email in the App?
No. With one click, you're able to directly and quickly log in your school information system without re-entering passwords.
Is Know School secure to use?
Absolutely. We only use your school account information to verify your identity and will not store any personal data from your account.
Will I lose my account if I delete the App?
Since school account is used for logging in, you won't lose anything if you delete the App.
Why dose Know school need to access my camera roll?
Know School needs permission to access your photos in order for you to upload profile pictures from your photo library. if you accidentally denied the app access to your photos, go to the photo settings, find 'privacy', select 'photos', and make sure Know School is allowed for access.
Class Schedule
My instructor canceled class due to bad weather, will that appear on my Know School schedule?
No. Know School will always keep track on the latest class schedule from your school's database, but will not be liable for any class change/cancellations caused by external factors.
I just dropped one class. Will that show up on my Know School schedule?
Yes. Every time when you log in, Know School automatically pulls information from your school system and will reflect any changes of your class schedule.
How do I change my class schedule?
All the academic information is automatically pulled from your school system so you are not able to change class schedule on Know School. Please go to your school's registration system to register/drop courses. Make sure you think carefully and check school policy regarding class withdrawal.
Bus Schedule
It was raining heavily today and the bus came late.
While obtaining the real-time bus schedule, Know School tries to keep all the information accurate. However, we are not liable for any conditions that are caused by external factors, such as accidents and extreme weathers, and do not take any responsibility of your personal loss.
How can I check the bus departure/arrival time on Know School?
The bus schedule widget is available on your dashboard and campus information tab. While you are not on campus, the widget will display the bus routes from your location to the campus. While you are on campus, the App will automatically switch to "leaving campus" mode that displays all bus routes available from the campus with their departure/arrival schedule. You can always tap the bus widget to view more routes.
